Teradyne is a leading provider of avionics test equipment for the United States Air Force. Our equipment is deployed at several Air Logistics Centers including Warner Robins, Oklahoma City and Ogden. Our program involvement supports Air Force organizations that include Material Command, Air Combat Command, Transportation Command and Global Strike Command.

Teradyne’s Spectrum 9100-Series ATE supports key USAF programs including B-1B, B-2, C-17, F-15 and many others. The Spectrum 9100-Series supports these programs in the factory for production, in contractor logistics support operations, and in repair depots and Intermediate-Level shops.

Teradyne’s instruments, including our Di and M9-Series digital instruments, Bi4-Series bus test instruments and Ai-Series analog instruments, are integrated into ATE provided by weapons systems OEMs to support programs including the GMATS, F-16, F-22 and F-35.
