M9-Series

The M9-Series of digital test instruments have provided the highest performance digital capability for over a decade. With standard-compliant VXI hardware and software, the M9-Series instruments are easily integrated with other instruments in test systems. Proven techniques for automated fault detection and diagnosis include boundary-scan diagnostics, guided probe and fault-dictionary. The software includes links to industry standard test development tools such as LASAR, LabWindows, and Visual Studio.

Teradyne’s M9-Series digital hardware is currently in use in systems such as the Navy’s CASS and RTCASS, the Army’s IFTE system, the Air Force’s VDATS system as well as the Marine Corps’ Viper-T. It is a critical component of the Spectrum 9100-Series in supporting USAF Intermediate and Depot Level Programs for the C-17, A-10, F-16 and
F-22 programs.
